You Agree That You WILL NOT:

3. publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage SexyTube or any third party;
4. submit material depicting or implying rape, sodomy, beastiality or death;
5. submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate;
6. post advertisements or solicitations of business;
7. encourage or otherwise depict glamorized drug use (including alcohol and cigarettes);
8. characterize violence as acceptable, glamorous or desirable, or;
9. transmit any of your personal contact information other than your email address;
10. impersonate another person.
